The one big signal, that you are ready for more, os being able to dance to faster music.
Hitting every beat of a faster song, adds to the weight of your dumbbell.
If you can handle a fast song at say 7.5lb, then you can handle a slower song with 10lb.
And climbing this ladder, up to about 20 lb, for two hours, is what does does the muscle building.
The first day of Spring is a wonderful day to start Bodybuilding, because to work your way up to even lifting 3b for an hour.
What you need, is adventure, hiking adventure, and yes, a nice and beefy walking stick for many hours a day helps a lot.
Mostly though it is all the walking, and flexing, and standing around and exploring,
And if you are crazy about the idea of bodybuilding, you should consider writs and ankle weights.
Another overlooked thing is how when you go hiking, you easily change your diet and fix your sleep schedule.
