Bodybuilding Is Easy; But, Unbelievable
Bodybuilding is is not about how heavy you lift, because lifting heavy means not lifting for long enough, and not lifting heavier.
Bodybuilding it is about rhythmically lifting non-stop, for the duration that you can afford to be at the gym until your body adapts.
30 minutes is correct, 45 minutes is perfect, three hours is not good.
And the body grows as fast as your leg muscles did, that one time you tried jogging.
Or as fast as astronauts regain their musculature, back on Earth.
It takes about a year, it you do it wrong it will take 15.
You have to gently challenge your body, so that it adapts and then just do it again.
And you have to be wise about it, don’t just start lifting, jog with 3lb dumbbells for 30 minutes.
Then when you can do it non-stop, run into a gym and start dancing wit them.
Slow jogging, of course converts doing anything with dumbbells, even just carrying the, to a full body exercise.
Dancing, twisting and turning, as you can safely now lift over your head, and do bicep curls... affect even more muscles.
Reasonable abdominal muscles, it turns out, are a byproduct of dancing with dumbbells.
It is true, they happen on their own, while stabilizing your body during dancing with dumbbells.
Bodybuilding is like jogging, but when you run the course non-stop strait through:
Instead of trying to beat your best time, you add more weight and start training your body again to run the full course.
You see how boys can’t accept this, they can’t come into a gym and lift 3lb, because they will be laughed at and have their reputation destoyed.
If you try to talk to them they will get mad that you are telling them to jog, because in their mind that is not bodybuilding but aerobic exercise.
And wean you show them results, they will accuse you of doing drugs, and keep doing sets and reps and lifting heavy, that just cuts them off.
It gets even worse, because to focus on your exercise, requires moving to the beats of songs
And 90’s Country is the most interesting music, that has the perfect beats per minute that are not too fast, not too slow.
And then of course, are the people who took 15 years to get there, and they don’t want to hear that it takes a year, it makes no sense to them.
I’ve must have spoken to more than a dozen people about this, only two tried to have one full hour long workout.
They never returned, because, they really understood, that it is just waiting for the body to adapt over, and over, and over, and over.
And what I mean by that, once you han candle dancing with 5lb per hand, you move up to dancing with 7.5, and then 10, and 12.5 and so on.
Can there be another way, probably not without being tired all the time, our bodies just grow at their own pace, and it takes a year for all.
Adding muscle isolation on top of this, would just exhaust a body, and some people endanger it too – dancing is perfectly safe and low impact.
And in the long run, it is better to enhance your flexibility and endurance, so dance, twist, turn, then lay down on a machine to get a big chest.
Bodybuilding, should also be about rejuvenation, and longevity, about health.
Dancing with dumbbells is what body builders do then they retire, not sitting, not laying, it is just a wonderfully healthy thing to do at the gym.
And the super super huge bodybuilders, they take this rapid method, that delivers in one year what people doing it wrong need ten years for.
And then they do it fo ten years, and being overweight in their youth, may also give them huge and unhealthy head start, as fat, is weight.
But long before ultra, you need that dumbbell dance, to lurch, or launch yourself in that direction.
Maybe that’s why many professional bodybuilders, have their own gyms.
They need them, because they secretly dance to country music in there, with light weights.
